THE THIN-EZ DIET!

I personally have lost weight with two different types of diets so I am going to share this one with me which I am calling  my THIN-EZ  Diet.  I lost 20 pounds in three weeks on this

You are going to need to really want to drop this weight…that means NO CHEATING PERIOD!

First the bad news:  Eliminate the following foods from your diet until you have dropped the weight you want.  This is not meant for a serious weight loss of more than 20 pounds…this can be for 5, 10 or 15 but not more than 20.

FORBIDDEN FOODS:

CHINESE

JEWISH

ITALIAN

PASTA OF ANY KIND

CHEESE

BREAD

SWEETS

SODA

ALCOHOL INCLUDING WINE

FRENCH

INDIAN

RICE ALL 

Ok I know you are going to say Georgene that is everything.  Maybe, but not really.  I am going to tell you what you can eat and how I lost the weight.

YOUR RULE AROUND FRUIT:   You may not mix fruits!  Please repeat this after me….you may not mix fruits with anything even other fruits.  The best fruits to eat away at fat are PINEAPPLE AND PAPAYA, however there are a few others that you can eat, enjoy and will help you with the weight.  They are STRAWBERRIES, WATERMELON AND MANGO. 

If you are anything like me I love fruit and so this was right up my street.  Start your morning off by picking one fruit preferably PINEAPPLE as that will eat fat.  I found that the acid in the PINEAPPLE got to me after a bit and so I froze the pineapple.  It is still fantastic!  You cannot mix your fruit orgy with anything other than water. That means no lime or sugar or coffee or tea.  You can have loads of water and as much as you want of that one single fruit.  If you want to change from one fruit to another that day you MUST WAIT ONE HOUR BEFORE CHANGING FRUITS. This is critical…don’t try and change the RULES.  One fruit…all you want…change the fruit …  wait one hour.

When you stop eating the fruit you MUST WAIT TWO HOURS BEFORE HAVING ANY OTHER FOOD.  

So…ONE HOUR BETWEEN FRUITS…TWO HOURS BETWEEN FRUIT AND ANY FOOD.

This means no tea, coffee, flavored drinks, NOTHING.   Just water and fruit.  Remember all is not lost…you can eat as much fruit as you want.  I love MANGO and so I could eat that all day.  Keep this in mind:  WATERMELON is great for washing out your system because it is mostly water.  It flushes you out. 

Now on to LUNCH;  You could continue to do the fruit but I was pretty tired of fruit by lunchtime.  I would have a small green salad with lemon juice and olive oil as dressing.  You could put a little salt and pepper in the dressing and 1 packet of Equal to give it a bit of sweetness over the lemon taste…more sweet and sour.  I also had a cup of broth like Chicken Bullion or Beef Broth. 

DINNER:  I love veggies so I would take a bit of Soya Sauce in a frying pan and then add the following:

SLICED MUSHROOMS

CUT PLUM TOMATOES

EGGPLANT

GREEN PEPPER

ONION

YOU COULD ALSO CUT UP A FEW PICKLING CUCUMBERS AND THEY ADD A NICE TASTE AND TEXTURE

I cooked it up and made a Ratatouille and ate that for dinner. 

You could vary this meal by making a small grilled chicken breast just cooked in a frying pan with a little olive oil or a small piece of fish like salmon or swordfish again in olive oil with a little lemon juice and pan cooked.

The weight fell off.  Once you have lost the amount of weight that you want you can ease back into the FORBIDDEN FOODS…but in moderation. A couple of things to think about:

Be Committed to lose the weight.  Don’t start this diet and then one day into it give it up and revert back to the FORBIDDEN STUFF.  You know the weight didn’t come on overnight and it won’t fall off overnight either.  Make a realistic goal and stick to it. 

Dieting doesn't have to be a life sentence and it doesn't need to be the end of the world for you.  Don’t be discouraged.  You have the courage part right…you are just a bit DIS  connected from it.  Just remember I am a click away to help answer your questions. 

Be sure and have the support of friends and family.  This is critical.  If you have a boyfriend who is whipping up delicacies and tempting you into the kitchen…you are going to have problems with this or any diet.  You need their support to stay away from the FORBIDDENS but as well they need to keep them away from you.

 You can’t be expected to sit down at a dinner consisting of veggies with maybe a tiny chicken breast grilled while they are gorging on pasta with cheese or burgers with fries covered in cream sauce.  It will not work!  You must enlist their help or stay out of their sight while you get rid of the weight.  Let me know how you do with this diet.  I have another I will share later.
